Organizational Structure
The Tayna Gorilla Reserve (TGR) has four groups with precise missions and well subscribed in its legal texts:
The General Assembly which is constituted of all the members. This is
the supreme group of the organization. It orientates the general
politic of the organization.
The Board of Directors has the role to watch over the proper functioning of the organization.
The Control Commission which appreciates the execution level of
decisions which are taken by the General Assembly, the Board of
Directors the respect of legal texts and resources managing.
The Coordinating Group is charged to manage the daily activities.
For reaching its specific objectives, the TGR organizes two different
services permanently present on the grounds, led by the Programme
Director:
- The service for research and education
- The planning and development service
